Megapari App Problems and Fixes
Every common error from install to withdrawal, with the fix that actually works. Grouped by where it happens.
Installing the APK
"App not installed" on Android
Storage is full or an older signed build is present. Free 200 MB, uninstall any existing Megapari app, then install the fresh APK.
"There was a problem parsing the package"
The download is incomplete. Delete the file, connect to Wi-Fi or stable 4G, and download again.
"Blocked by Play Protect"
Play Protect blocks every betting APK. Tap More details, then Install anyway. The app is the operator's own build.
Installation blocked on Xiaomi even after allowing unknown sources
Enable Settings, Privacy, Special app access, Install unknown apps for Chrome or your file manager.
Opening and logging in
The app opens but shows a blank screen
Clear cache (Settings, Apps, Megapari, Storage, Clear cache) and set date and time to automatic. A wrong clock breaks the secure connection.
"Login failed" with the correct password
You may be logging in with the wrong method. If you registered by phone, choose By phone and enter +880 and your number. Reset the password from the login screen if unsure.
I lost my login ID
Tap Forgot password, enter your phone number, and the SMS includes the ID. Or contact support in the app with your phone number.
Does the app need a VPN?
No. The app connects without a VPN. A VPN that switches countries can trigger a security lock on the account.
Deposits and withdrawals
My bKash deposit has not arrived
Wait 30 minutes. Then open support inside the app and send the bKash transaction ID and the amount. Credits are usually fixed within an hour.
Withdrawal is "pending" for a long time
First withdrawals need identity verification. Upload your NID in the Personal profile section and the withdrawal proceeds.
Can I withdraw to a different bKash number than I deposited from?
The operator normally requires withdrawal to a wallet in your own name. Using someone else's number triggers a manual check and delays.
